Cancellation Policy

Booking your event with us is easy. Reservations are confirmed on a first come basis; full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations made Seven (7) days prior receive a full refund less 5% administrative charges, five days prior to program gets 50%, and less than 72 hours are non refundable. Standard rental covers 4 hours daily, with extra hours available at an additional fee. Facilities are open to corporate, church, school, family, and community groups. Add-ons must be selected at the time of booking. Extra equipment can be brought in by client based on prior approval from management and charges may apply. Please keep spaces clean and safe as damages are billed to the booking party. Camp Elim Africa is a safe and secure environment. Clients are advised however to take personal responsibility for the safety of their persons and properties as management does not bear responsibility for loss of items or damage or injury to self or personal property.
